Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. For damaged, defective, lost, or stolen items, or manufacturing errors, please contact us within 30 days at hello@luxecozies.com for a full refund or free replacement.

We do not offer returns or refunds for size-related errors, but we are happy to provide a replacement with shipping costs covered by the customer. Please refer to our size guide to ensure the best fit before purchasing.

Do you offer free delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't provide free delivery. As a print-on-demand company, third-party shipping partners incur fees, which are reflected in our pricing. These fees ensure the successful and reliable delivery of your purchase.

Your product is shipped in recycled materials such as polymailers and cardboard, ensuring secure and damage-free delivery. While our packaging isn’t fully eco-friendly due to budget constraints, it is recyclable. Additionally, Luxe & Cozies minimizes waste by only producing items on demand, reducing excess inventory and helping lower your carbon footprint.

How does the Sprout Initiative ensure that trees are effectively planted and sustained with each purchase?

The Sprout Initiative partners with Eden Reforestation to plant mangrove species, keeping costs low through efficient resource management. Transparency is maintained through a tree planting ledger, ensuring accountability for every tree planted. Local employment, written agreements, agroforestry, and community engagement contribute to the survival and success of planted trees.

How much does theGoodAPI donate to its partners?

TheGoodAPI charges $0.50 per tree, with $0.15 going to Eden for planting, $0.17 covering operational costs, $0.15 for Squarespace partnership fees, and $0.03 for credit card fees, totalling $0.50 per tree.
